Only Echoes has a very rich history. It is highly, highly suggested that you look through this so you aren't lost in role play, plots and even the chat.
You don't have to memorize it obviously, but it's there for reference. If you have any questions, ask Ava, Star, or El. Some of our other members may be able to help you out as well. |

Stats
Below are all of the characteristics that your character has. You have 40 points to spend between all of them (you have to include all of the characteristics). You can't go any higher than 5 points on any stat. 5 is considered the best, while 0 is considered average. Negative numbers are considered below average. If you use negative numbers, you get extra points added to your overall total you can spend. For example if you put -3 for one stat, you just gained 3 points to spend (now you have 43 points to spend instead of 40). You can't go below -5 on any stat. You don't HAVE to use up all of your points (the total at the end of your stats doesn't mean anything to your character, it's just there for me to know how many points you've spent). The points you give to your character for each stat defines how you will roleplay them.
So if your character has 5 points in strength, your character is very strong in the roleplay. He has a -5 in sanity, so he's also completely bananas. You now have 45 points as your total "allowance" instead of 40 also, because you used a negative number.
If you don't understand, look at some character descriptions on the site to help you out, and don't forget to ask me questions.
When calculating your stats only count the positive numbers you've used. Don't subtract your negatives. I just want to know how many points you used up out of your "allowance".
When you post your stats, post them in this format PLEASE. Don't leave any out and keep them in order. It makes it so much easier for me to add (COPY AND PASTE):
Strength: ?, Endurance: ?, Agility: ?, Reflexes: ?, Stealth: ?, Knowledge: ?, Wisdom: ?, Logic: ?, Charisma: ?, Bravery: ?, Courage: ?, Luck: ?, Discipline: ?, Sanity: ?, Total: ?

- Strength: Your size and how hard you can hit, how much you can carry, ect. Does not include how well you can take a hit, or how accurate your hits are.
- Endurance: How long you can last in battle before passing out or dying, how long you can run without getting tired, how long you can go without sleep, how susceptible you are to disease.
- Agility: How fast you are, how athletic you are.
- Reflexes: How quickly you react to things, how accurate your hits are.
- Stealth: How sneaky you are, how silent you are.
- Knowledge: How much stuff you know- DOES NOT have anything to do with natural intelligence or the ability to apply said knowledge. Knowledge is simply knowing lots of facts, they are things that you acquire as you go through life.
- Wisdom: Your ability to wisely use the knowledge you have, your common sense.
- Logic: Your ability to reason, see things clearly, focus, come up with strategies.
- Charisma: How likable you are. Those who are charismatic are more popular and can easily get their way and influence others.
- Bravery: How scared you are of things. The braver you are, the less fears you have.
- Courage: Your ability to face your fears head on, how readily you jump into a fight or into something you don't understand. Sometimes a lot of courage means you get yourself into impossible situations without thinking.
- Luck: How lucky you are, how much you leave to chance.
- Discipline: How readily you follow orders. The more discipline, the less ambition, less leadership skills.
- Sanity: Self-explanatory.
